Affordable Sweet 16 Party Ideas?

i will turn 16 next august and i wanna have an awesome sweet 16 party. but it has to be affordable too. i am a ballet dancer and i love to swim and cook. i am very creative and my fav colors are blue and green. any ideas for me?

Hearing that you love to swim, an idea could be that you could rent a boat for a day and go out to a lake with all your friends and hang out, then go back to your place and have dinner and if you want, have all the girls sleepover. Enjoy the night with a movie, and games.. Ect.
