Affordable but light 'MAC' laptop/notebook?

I will buy a laptop with a price of no more than $1,200.. I will take accountancy so a laptop that i can use for accounting that means more memory and speed... please help me.. thanks (it is for my girl-friend)

2GB memory

more than enough for accounting, you can also install Microsoft office on it, so excel and word etc are available.
