Affordable but romantic restaurant in Kansas City?

I have found several restaurants that meet the romantic part, but I need something fairly reasonable. Someone suggested the Cheesecake Factory....any thoughts on that? She doesn't know I'm doing this, and it's not for any special occasion. The only thing I've got to go on is romantic, and something she has to dress up for. (She just mentioned a few days ago that it would be nice to go to a restaurant like this....)

I am a student, which means I have almost $0. I can put some on the card, but I don't wanna be paying for this dinner for 6 months, lol.

If you have little means, it might be more romantic to cook her dinner at your place. If you cant cook most grocery stores have food already made, buy it , put it on your own plates, and throw the packaging away.
