  1. I agree with another answerer, you probably need to cut back on your guest list.  $20 a head isnt going to get all of that for you.  Papa John's will deliver Pizzas for that much.  It would buy lots of spaghetti noodles, prego, garlic bread, and a couple of friends at minimum wage to boil the noodles and serve it up.  But you arent going to get full service, all the linens, plates, etc, for $20 a head.

Other option is to look at a place like some VFW's or Eagles Lodge to do the reception.  A lot of times they have an in-house staff that might do the catering cheaply.

  2. Yeah get with a church. Many churches do this as a ministry.

  3. wow that is really not alot of money for everything you want them to provide for you.  Your best bet is to go at least a little outside of the columbus area.  I suggest you cut back on your guest list to maybe get higher quality.

  4. Have a potluck. People will cut back on your gift, but you'll have a great meal.

I Googled "cheap catering Columbus" and Boston Market came up 3 times.

There is always The Colonel, or Kroger Deli.
