Affordable houses, apartments or condos in or near Seattle?

I'd like to buy a house or buy/rent-to-own an apartment or condo in or near Seattle. Any suggestions? My limit is 350,000 dollars. At least 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

I live in a condo in Bellevue.  You won't be able to live in a 3/2 in Bellevue (close to downtown core) at that price.  Sorry.
