Affordable restaurants near the Empire State Building?

When I say affordable, I'm meaning $15 or less.

I know that it's not an actual restaurant, but the famous Gray's Papaya hot dogs are close by. We just visited the Empire State Building last week and ate a Gray's Papaya beforehand.

what i did when i went to NY the two times i have been, I always get hotdogs on the street but dont buy them off anyone who doesnt have a tag on their neck or on the cart [should be on their neck]. it lets ppl know it is safe!!!

it is all under 5 bucks!
