Afforestation and reforestation?

Hello, can anyone help me on this topic - it's Geography. I want to know

1. The specific name of the place in Kalimantan,Indonesia which adopts this policy which helps to reduce deforestation

2. The successes and limitations to this policy. I have already find out some but I would like to understand more about it.

2.  sucesses- More forest for the orangutangs.  Limits-they can only do reforestation wiothin the park and other areas are vulnerable or being depleted.
