Afraid of People Stealing my business idea

I have a business idea and I wanted to present it to a company so that the company would invest or put some money into my business idea to make it happen.

However, I am scare that my idea will be stolen.

What is the right way to submit my idea to the company? What do I need? Presentation, business plan etc?

Register your business idea before you show it, apply for patent or copywrite whichever is applicable. Copywrite is for written material generally and patent is for designs normally. google patent office for their address

Never provide unsolicited ideas to companies. Have them sign a non-compete agreement and a non-disclosure agreement before providing them with any information.

You can not patent or copyright an idea.
