Afraid of my budgies?

Yes I am afraid of one of them the girl she bites the heck out of me and trashes about the place I let the blue boy go but I don't think ill ever let her go she scared me how do I get over my fear of her and stop her from trashing about?

Budgies that are not hand fed are difficult to train because they are just so afraid. It takes a lot of patience, you can sit by her cage for awhile, then slowly put your hand in the cage, that's all you do until they get used to your hand in the cage, then try moving your finger closer and closer, just a little bit each day. Maybe at one point you can put a finger close to her chest just a little bit and gently push on its chest. If you are lucky it will step up on your finger.  It will take many days of patience to achieve this. The budgie has to trust you and you have to learn not to be afraid. Talk softy to the bird while you are doing all this   Good Luck!
