how have lanforms and water bodies been good and bad to africa?

thanks for your help, its for some essay i have to do in world geography.

  1. The best way to do this is to go to the library and examine an atlas. Africa is the flattest continent but even so it's got some impressive mountains, like the Atlas mountains along the Mediterranean Sea and the Mountains of the Moon. The Sahara is the world's largest desert and it makes a sharp demarcation between Northern Africa and sub-Saharan Africa. It is also expanding.

    Culturally speaking East Africa is quite different from West Africa, and South Africa is another world altogether. It pays to go over some books.


  2. Some of the terms to google are Atlas Mountains, Rift Valley, sirocco, Sahara, Nile, and Lake Victoria.
