Question:

African Electrification Project?

I am looking for information on donation opportunities for large scale African electrification projects. I'm not talking small scale stuff like local wind farms and small scale solar. I'm looking for something on a significant scale, similar to the USA's Rural Electrification Association program from the early 20th century.

Any leads?

  3. well you gotta think of how you can get some big donors, you could put adds in the paper or on the radio or schools or organise some sort of event i know of couple of people who were able to meet up with some top company executives and a few celebrities and they built 20 schools across some villages in Kenya like 2 years ago

  4. Look up UMCOR on the Internet (United Methodist Committee On Relief).  They have several projects in Africa which you could become a part of.
