African clawed frog diet?

Question

Hi I've had 2 african clawed frogs for a while, and I was wondering besides frog food, they can eat fish, but can they eat crickets too? would you reccomend, it? can I use cricket gut load to feed my feeder fish? thanks.

These frogs are awesome --Males weigh 2oz and are 2.5 inches long female is 7oz and 4.5 inches long  these frogs are carnivorous they are scavengers,and eat living dead or dying arthropods and other organic waste. Also aquatic insects larvae,water insects,crustaceans, small fish, tadpoles, worms,fresh water snails and earthworms.
