I need a recipie for the Swahili in the Swahili Coast, and also a recipie of the San in Southern Africa. It has to be easy to make! Thank you sooooo much!!!

Purchase a box of Hamburger Helper and, of course, hamburger... HH is the official tribal "easy way to jazz-up a meal" food of the San.  Hope this has helped.
