African men... are some of them using us women to get to the USA? or are we using ourselves?

Do you think some African (from africa)guys are coming to USA get into quick relationships with women and get them pregnant just to move here in the USA..I know 3 women who have babys by african men and after there babies were born the guy went back to africa and trying to help with the baby but also trying to get permenant residency in the USA and since they dont have a baby here.. that the reason to come and stay... one of the guys one of the women I know talked to the embassy for him to be here, the guy got a visa a soon as he got to the USA, he act like he didnt know her nor the baby. I too like this african guy and I swear I would have a baby for him anyday, but not for him to come and just be here and not take care of the baby and act like he doesnt know me.. I have heard this about african men and marriage. african men have been known to come to the USA whooo the american women get them into marrying them when they are married.. the man leaves the women and move somewhere else

I've heard of many different men doing this in the USA not just the Africans. Also it's been happening with Mexicans and others. I say you can't help who you love, but you have to know what you're getting yourself into. If you know what the guy is after, then why even give him the time of day?

Marriage fraud has become an epidemic.  African men, Philippines women, the list is getting longer and longer.  USCIS is aware of the problem and marrying anyone from Africa, Philippines, Russia, ad infinitum, or marrying a student automatically triggers a marriage fraud investigation.  That's why it is now taking a year to get a fiance visa, and 2 yrs or more if a marriage takes place on any other kind of visa than a fiance visa.  It is also why anyone marrying on any kind of visa other than fiance visa is required to return to their own country while the spousal visa application is being investigated.
