in an african swine fever outbreak, once all animals have been euthanized to reduce spread of the disease, how do you clean the premises?

The virus is stable outside the host for up to 18 months and resistant to most sanitizing agents. I would suggest cleaning the area as much as possible and avoiding raising any swine there for at least two years. You might talk to a veterinarian about possible use of sanitizers.
