Africans, what do you think of the issue of united states of africa (USA)?

The concept is laughable.  With tribal violence in so many of the existing African nations, there isn't any way that they could or would form a single union.  I'm not making fun, I actually feel that its quite sad.

I think it would be great but I dont think the jews and arabs would like it they are part of africa also.

Well if that were the truth then the USA would turn into a helpless ghetto in matter of weeks. (statement I got from concerned black US citizens)

Look at what happened in South Africa after Mandela and company took power.  It was once a thriving metropolis but now getting raped and robbed is as common as going to the 7/11.

Not trying to be a racist but pointing out historical facts.

It is not possible for the Africans to form a Federated State; they just simply will not be able to do so, under their own powers.  It is almost laughable for anyone to even postulate such an absurdity.  The internecine warfare that is endemic throughout all of Africa will make any attempt to implement any such plan stillborn.

I don't think it is a good idea as there would be too many problems; Africa is ethnically and racial diverse and requires better micro-level governance more than anything for food, water, health, education.

I think more should be done to promote better rural and urban governance.
