Afridi may still be retained for the ODIs, reveals Misbah – Cricket News Update

may still play the ODIs in India, if he performs well in the T20s.
The Green Shirts are scheduled to visit the neighbouring country later this month to play a limited-over series, which includes two T20 Internationals and three ODIs.
After a poor run of performances in 2012, Afridi has been dropped from the 50-over format; however, the former Pakistan captain will be a part of the T20 team.
While talking to a private television channel on Thursday night, the ODI skipper expressed that the series against the arch-rivals is going to be a test of nerves as both the sides are under extreme pressure to deliver the goods.
A good news for Afridi’s fans is that the all-rounder still has a chance to play the ODI series as well if he does well in the two T20s leading to the 50-over format.

Anwar, the cricketer from Karachi, has been doing quite well in domestic cricket over the last couple of seasons.
