  1. Like the other person noted, it depends on the material. This happened to me once with a dress, and all I had to do was get it wet, stretch it back to its original size, and hang it to dry and it worked perfectly.


  2. Depends what type of materials your clothes are made from. If they are cotton, I dont think that you can stretch them again. If wool this is worth a try. Buy some epsom salts (magnesium) and dissolve a  quarter cup in a few litres of warm water and immerse your garment in an leave to soak a while. Gently squeeze the water out or you can spin dry carefully and then stretch your garment out to approximately the same size if it will go and dry flat  in the shade

  3. Yes, next time wash them with cold water but dont put them in the dryer instead hang them or something.

    And before washing them try to stretch them by hand or sometihng.
