After 12 Grade which is better country for higher education?

I am in 12 grade now studying in india..

I want to go abroad for my higher studies for pursuing MCA or MBA,which is better country to study and also keeping in mind job opportunities?

I agree with U.S. or Britain.  My husband works for the Dept. of Defense and the U.S. is cracking down on giving visas for students coming from the Middle Eastern, India and Pakistan areas.  Work visas as well.  Unless you have an extensive family that lives in the U.S., you will find it hard to get in.
