Yes if there was no prenup (hope I spelled that right) Where to start...Call a lawyer and they will get you all the paper work you need, if you can&#039;t afford one just call and ask them what you are to do. There are lawyers that do probono, It&#039;s a free lawyer they will give you advice and maybe even the papers you need. Good luck.
