After 3 years complete in company need N.O.C?

Dear Friends any body please tell me I am working in Abu Dhabi I completed 3 years I renew my visa this is my 4th year running (3year 2months)in this company . If I want to change the job at this condition also I need N.O.C. please tell me any one

Yes you do if you are changing company. Your new company also has to pay the visa transfer fees. starting at AED.5000.

You need to get an NOC from your present company, as of now most of the companies are looking for NOC, you are lucky if your company is giving that because there are some who is not giving consideration on their employee.

And make sure that your new company will shoulder all the expenses for transferring your visa after cancellation of your present visa.
