After 3months of consistent jogging 4 30min, i have lost less fat frm my belly & more fat frm my b***s...?

if i continue with this exercise regimen, will i lose my b***s? m really afraid..& how long 'll it take 2 shed the belly fat completely?

  3. In yoga surya namaskar is very good for reducing belly fat.Try don't to eat heavy fat foods bcz the extra fat will mostly accumulate in the belly.

  5. LOL; im sorry but no, you will not lose your b***s! It all depends on how long you are running for: you say you had 3 months and jogged for 30 min but when did you run (ie everyday; every other day). As of right now you are showing positive decreases in fat cells that were once stored under your upper chest region (which includes the breast area and fat will normally decrease here first b/c there is more fat there). If you would like to follow a fitness regiment to lose more fat from your belly, I have some links for you. Remember, you don't have to do everything it asks of you but, try what you can and do a load of situps. In 10 min. do a set of siitups as much as you can. while your "resting your abs" do a set of stretches for the abdominal region. You can never do enough situps and running will also help out with your abdominal region, making it firmer and more recognizable.
