Boone Pickens and others suck a Trillion dollars from the US Government for "Wind Power",which by then will probably supply 20% of our Energy needs,then they will let them drill for the Oil that should be being drilled for now.By then Nancy Pelosi and most of the Democrats in Congress should all be Billionaires from the kick-backs.

That's their plan anyway.

The huge price in gasoline is dropping because Americans stopped buying so much of it.  If the vast majority of us would live 10 miles or closer to where we regularly go, gasoline prices would be much lower.  And inflation on everything else would be much less.

To the person who thumbed me down:  If you don't think people using less gasoline was the cause of the drop, then what was it?

My family live close to Austin, Texas which gets more electricity from wind power than any other city in the country.  It has not been a killer of birds.  And it has been a cheap source.  However, wind will not suffice as an only source.  It would require too much land surface for that.  It is good in certain situations.  My family has 4 windmills to pump water and they have never killed any birds.

Perhaps I'm being too serious about this forum.  But I take offense to the thumbs down.  I see them as stating that I'm either lying or that I'm running off at the mouth without knowing the facts.  I don't do either of those.  If you think anything I have said is false, then say why in your post.  It is disheartening to take great care at being accurate only to have some know nothing, knee jerk, thumb me down.  So, don't just run away. Explain your self in your post.

What ever crisis of the day comes up in the news he will fix.  Said last night he was going to fix the FAA. Which does need to be overhauled but he never mentioned it before. How, he expects to follow through with all these promises is just an indication of his inexperience.
