After Applying to Work at Target.?

Question

I applied to Target and I was wondering is there anything I was supposed to do like I read somewhere you where supposed to pick up the red phone that's beside you. But the place where I was it said to only pick up the phone if you had any questions about the application. And the Target I'm applying for says they're now hiring and when I checked out the other day they gave me a slip that say See Yourself In Red Hiring Now. Does that mean I have a pretty good chance of getting hired? Also how long will it take till they call cause I was going to apply to a couple other places just in case they never call.

After I applied at Target, I called about a week later to just check in to make sure that my application went through. That brought my application up to the front and my bosses then knew I was persistant on working. I was hired two days later!
