After CIA and NSA, what kind of major US intelligence agency should we have?

Most people do not know but we literally have tons intellegence agencies in the US. Each branch of the US military operates an intelligence division. There is also NASIC, DIA, NRA, NRO, INR, OICI, TFR, AFOSI. Anyway, they each serve a specific role/function. So I'd say they're all neccessary. For example, AIA specializes in gathering intellegence on foreign air threats vital to the mission planning proccess of pilots in the USAF.
