After I connected the little hose in the back of the side by side fridge, and opened the water.....?

Is it anything else I have to do to get the freezer to make ice. It is not doing it. I need to know if is there something else I supposed to do! Thank you in advance!

Open the freezer up and you should see at least one type of "ON" switch. Sometimes its a metal bar that hangs above the ice tray. If its in the up position, push it down. Other times its an actual button that says on/off, although some of those can be hidden out of the way, gotta look for them.

In order to make sure the water is actually flowing through your valve, disconnect the hose from the fridge and point it into a bucket and turn the valve on, if no water is flowing you may need to have it replaced by a plumber.
