After McCain makes his speech tomorrow and Palin if Official, What happens if McCain Dies before the election?

Question

Will She be automatically enrolled in the run for President and have to pick someone to be her Vice President?

Does anyone think she can deal with Venezuela, South Korea, Iran, Russia, Cuba, and/or Syria if she were to have to lead as President?

If McCain passes away before the election for President, will Palin, as his running mate, be thrown automatically into his position before the election, or will the electoral college pick someone else who was in the running earlier this year (Giuliani, Romney, Huckabee, Ron Paul) to fill his place? Will they have to select a vice president to run with them? What are the rules or laws for this? Or will the Republicans just make something up as they usually do?

Sarah Palin is qualified to deal with any situation. Remember, she has God on her side.

That is a great question.  I want to say that Palin will remain the VP nominee and the Republican party will choose the next candidate.  Of course, this is what I have heard but could be incorrect.  

I know that worries me...I am a democrat and feel confident that Obama will pull through!!!
