After Offer item is picked up, Taken is posted,how/ who clears Post?

New member. Offered item picked up,Taken message posted,how/who clears posted messages & in what time frame.This would reduce message clutter.I also think the original message offer,wanted,etc ID number should be included with the Taken message to permit easy X-reference back to the original message.Thank You. exbelltel

you'd locate that post within the group- click to open it as if to read it- left top you'll see  Reply | Forward | Delete <---

then confirm delete

the messages don't need to be deleted, but the person who posted the original 'offered' should then post a 'taken' for that item

if they particularly want, they can then go and delete both posts, but there's no point really... if it's a tidy group should be fine
