After watching this reminder of how close the fight was and Knowing that DLH had Floyd Sr in his corner does it make a difference.And Can the winner of this fight, Beat Cotto with his come forwad style.

May will beat the old clown, then he will beat cotto.  The old may in DLH corner, means nothing...

Unfortunately, De La Hoya has no realistic chance of beating May.  He looked good against a fighter (Forbes) who will NEVER even get into the ring with PBF.

I don't particularly like Floyd, but nothing short of a miracle will help the geriatric fighter against Floyd (and Floyd Sr is FAR short of a miracle).

As for the winner beating Cotto- Mayweather can beat him.  Will mayweather beat him?  I don't know.

I would predict that PBF beats Cotto, simply because May is the smarter boxer of the two.  I do think it will be an entertaining fight, and no matter who wins, I think it would be rematched immediately- barring a 1st or 2nd round stoppage or a VERY lopsided UD.

in my eyes oscar won the first fight with floyd because he dominated the first 8 rounds and lost it in the last 4...last time i check 8rds to 4 was a win...but thats all water under the bridge and as much as i want DLH to beat mayweather i dont think the rematch should go down because it will be the same outcome...after that being said i think that cotto  would destroy both oscar and floyd at the same time in the ring and once he beats margarito he has floyd in a lock and he will knock him out

I want DLH to win, but I think Mayweather has his number. If Mayweather wins he may be able to handle Cotto, but if DLH wins he'll have a hard time with Cotto. DLH is nearly ten years older than Cotto.

I may have misunderstood your question, but I have to say you're mistaken...Floyd Sr. was NOT in Oscar's corner for their first fight...Oscar was trained by Freddie Roach for that one, but Senior WILL be in his corner for the second fight.  That said, unless Oscar is wins and wants to make his last fight an iffy proposition, there will be no fight with Cotto...this is a moot point.

the fight was going well for dlh but he stopped throwing his jab and/or he got tired, the second half of the fight was all Floyd....

cotto can beat both of them, he just needs to watch the hatton fight vs Floyd b/c hatton and cotto have similar style so im sure cotto will have no problem with either...
