  1. Yes I feel terrible after having an argument.

  2. i exactly know what u feel....can someone pls pls pls answer minehttp://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;...

  3. Yep. When i have an argument I put all my might into it, and then after wards I'm so tired and worn out and want to cry... I cry myself to sleep, lol.

  4. Everyone that is normal can empathise with your feelings at the moment. It really is horrible to experience an argument, but sometimes people need to let out their bad energy! You're completely right in saying that it is draining, so my advice for the future would be to avoid arguments, don't let tension build up, find other outlets for your emotion, and save you and the person your having a fight with a lot of energy!

But a good old bar of chocolate has been proven to make you feel better quickly because of the chemicals inside, so enjoy!

Good Luck, you will feel better soon!

  5. No, I don't let it out on the other person.  I really try to hold onto my best manners and not shout "nasties" at that person, since one cannot take back any verbal assaults....No matter what, I won't be goaded to sink to the level of the creep who is constantly insulting me.

Take a deep breath and count to 10 before you answer.  However, you can think about anything mean, obscene or horrible things, while you are counting, just don't let it out.  After the ordeal is over, try to calm yourself, remove yourself from the place of anger, and yes, I know that it really makes on feel rotten inside to be verbally attacked by someone else. Remember, you are better than Creepo!

  6. Yep totally, me and my mate had a huge argument on holiday recently and i came home. When i was sat at the airport i couldnt stop crying and pretty much felt like that all the way home. Its your body letting go of the pent up tension between you and although it feels good getting it all out in the open and not bottleing it in, it does make you feel sad after (esp if it is someone you are close to)

I suppose it all depends who was in the wrong as to whether you or the other person should apologise. I hope you sort things out :)
