  1. I didnt have a c-section but after a vaginal birth, you have to wait at least 6 weeks, and I am sure it is the same for that. Although calling your doctor will give you the best answer.

  2. I had a c-section almost 11 months ago and still can not use tampons.  They hurt.  But it could just be me.  But for the first six months I would defiantly use pads.  I hope to eventually be able to use tampons.

  3. Not until after your six week post-partum checkup. It's not recommended, vaginal birth or C-section, to have s*x or use tampons those first 6 weeks. After that time, when your doctors okays it, then you may use them. Until then use something like Always pads.

  4. YOU WON'T NEED TO USE TAMPONS..YOU WON'T HAVE A PERIOD TILL ABOUT 10 WEEKS LATER..BUT TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION YES YOU CAN

  5. Whether you had a section or vaginal birth tampons are not reccommended during the first six weeks of bleeding.  Mostly because the bleeding is quite heavy and there are clots to consider, you really need to watch those. Also cervix is still really soft and putting anything in there could lead to infection such as toxic shock.

    Good luck!
