After a Dr's consultation and being admitted to hospital for anorexia, i'm finally out. The Dr knew about my 100 cal diet :(, so he said it would be best to ease me in, increasing my intake to 500 this week. I want it to be really healthy. Can you recommend anything?

  1. Listen to your doctor, and eat healthy foods like fish and salads and such. Then you can be thin and healthy :)

  2. omg

  3. The first thing you have to remember is that food is fuel.  Next you have to take an active role in your recovery by educating yourself about nutrition.  It really isn't that difficult and everything you need to teach yourself you can find on the web.

Go here to find info on food/nutrition, there is also a subtitle regarding meals/recipes.  It's the Mayo Clinic.  I know it is difficult to think about eating a lot but if you are eating the right things you can put that many calories into your body without the meal actually looking like a lot of food.  You'd be amazed at what a healthy 250 calorie meal looks like.  Keep up the good work and stay on track.  Good Luck!
