After a long winter, how long does it take for a lake to thaw?

I realize there are many factors, but after a long Canadian winter, what sort of temperatures are required for a lake to thaw out completely?

-by hour future temperatures, hours of sunshine, cloud cover(time, density etc.,) wind velocity,duration, temp.,depth of the lake, thickness of ice, sources of lake, etc.etc.

depends on the winds ,rain . the temp. has to be above freezing . depends on the thickness of the ice. here it takes one month or more.
