  1. You shouldn't feel that way. I think you need to eat more protein or nutritious food and reduce your exercise amount.


  2. No this isnt normal. Maybe you are working out too much. Exercise is supposed to give you more energy actually.

  4. excerising should make u feel better not worse....i mean yes exercising can cause u pain if u havent recently but usually u seem more refreshed...idkk. im not sure its 'normal' persay but im sure ur fine

    peoples bodies react differently to things, including exercise..

    just make sure u are getting a ton of sleep after exercising so ur body has time to rest

  5.   It depends on how intense your workout is. If you have just started exercizing, and you are working hard, then you will probably be sore and feel achy after it. It should start to go away after a while and you should feel good after you exercise.

      If you do not feel good, decrease the amount you are working out, then work up to more each day. If you jumped right into an intense workout program then yes, you will feel sore.
