After a man has been "snipped"?

just a quick question. after a man has been snipped or had a vasectamy, or anything that pertains to being fix, can he ejaculate after wards? or does air just come out?

When a man has a vasectomy, the only thing that happens is that the spermatozoa can't get to the ejaculation point.  They just die in the testicles and are absorbed into the body.  The ejaculate is not interfered with.  I had my vasectomy in 1977 ($200) and have never had a problem with 'getting it up' or ejaculating and still enjoy a romp in the bed (or the back porch, in the van, on the beach, in the woods, on the couch) 2  - 3 times a week.

Sperm is not the only thing that comes out of the p***s. After he is "snipped" (lol) there are other things that will come out. Like, protein, all that weird stuff thats in there. Not just sperm. So, he will still ejaculate.

Yes, the man will still ejaculate.  Make sure he is tested according to his doctor's scheduled tests to make sure his sperm count is zero.  After he has tested negative for sperm enough times, then each ejaculation only contains the seminal fluid.  It still looks the same, feels the same, tastes the same, but no babies.
