After a power cut am getting message on Sky: 'No satellite signal being received' with error code 29.. Advise?

Have tried switching off at mains and switching back on, etc..

try switching on mains power for a mintues or so then putting back on, this re boots the system, wait a bit and see it it all loads if not phone up sky

Switch of at wall for one minute, then switch it on again, that should work

Turn power off again on tv and sky box at the mains, take sky card out and replace. Turn power on again and it should come back OK.

I had this problem and it is a fault with the dish. A connector on my dish had snapped off and i had to get an engineer out.

Unplug it and leave for a few minutes.
