After applying H1 in april can i get H4 stamping in india in june,is tat safe?

Iam on H4 now,iam applying my H1 in April 2007,iam planning to go to india in May i even booked my ticket.i have to get H4 stamping on my passport in India as my husband visastamping expired on march 23 but his visa(extended) is vaid till 2009 march,'ll my H4 stamping in June effect my H1 processing?

No, it will not. You will know within 45 days whether you H1 B came through or not, though you can only enter states in October. Depending on your H1 approval or rejection, go for you H4 stamping. If it is approved, you can still go for H4 stamping and then get H1 stamping later on.

No, your stamp will not effect your H-1 Processing.  However, you may want to fax or mail them a copy of your new visa stamp and new I-94 card when you come back into the country so they see all the changes.  Also, I'm not sure why the person above me thought it takes only 45 days, but it usually takes 3-5 months to get an answer unless you do Premium Processing.
