After applying for the australian citizenship,do we still have to attend to an interview. ( coz i have already done the citizenship test!)

and when can we apply for the passport ?- before the ceromony or just after getting the confirmation letter from immi that i've been granted the citizenship...pls confirm

You will have to go for an interview after completing the citizenship test.  It is fairly informal though and contains random questions.  You can only apply for your passport once you have your citizenship certificate which you only get at the citizenship ceremony.
