After being a vegetarian, does eating meat make you put on alot of weight?

ive been a vego for a year and a half. also, im very thin.

  1. If your "very thin" your not eathing a balanced veg diet. I suspect your a troll anyway since you just made this YA ID, and being thin is a veg. myth.  


  2. If your able to eat meat without getting an upset stomach, yes it will.  Meat has a lot more protein and fat than you're used to. If you make it part of your daily diet you will gain weight pretty quickly.

    it depends on your diet as a vegetarian.  many people gain weight when they become vegetarians because of the calorie rich substitutes such as cheese, and other protein replacements.  

    you should be able to maintain your weight if you eat lean meats: chicken, fish

    if you want to gain weight you can eat more cheese, hummus, etc.  

  4. it might, i guess it depends on how much meat you are eating and your genetic makeup
