After bush, if McCain becomes president, isn't that like going out of the frying pan & into the fire for USA?

As if the past 8 years with bush wasn't bad enough, would a McCain presidency be the final nail in America's coffin as the hot-head who can't control his temper plunges America into World War III?

  1. Songbird McCain gave the enemy information that gave them about a 60% increase in tactical advantage

John McCain Radio Broadcast on June 2, 1969 in Ha Noi

    http://www.vietnamveteransagainstjohnmcc...

proving his "Country before self" and "Code of Honor" are outright lies!!

Today he is claiming "when they learned my dad was an admiral they offered me early release"

His own words in his personal account given to "USNews and World Report" show THAT is a LIE!!

John McCain, Prisoner of War: A First-Person Account

    By John S. McCain

I said, "O.K., I'll give you military information if you will take me to the hospital." He left and came back with a doctor, a guy that we called "Zorba," who was completely incompetent. He squatted down, took my pulse. He did not speak English, but shook his head and jabbered to "The Bug." I asked, "Are you going to take me to the hospital?" "The Bug" replied, "It's too late." I said, "If you take me to the hospital, I'll get well." "Zorba" took my pulse again, and repeated, "It's too late." They got up and left, and I lapsed into

    unconsciousness.

    Sometime later, "The Bug" came rushing into the room, shouting, "Your father is a big admiral;

now we take you to the hospital."

the point is they KNEW his dad was an admiral within days of his capture

In that same article in his own words he mentions Christmas 5 times but  NEVER the "Cross in the Sand"

Col. Bud Day, his Medal of Honor and the McCain campaign's abuse of our nation's highest award for valor.

    http://www.usvetdsp.com/may08/day_bud_mo...

By involving his Medal of Honor in politics and using it as an authority to trash other veterans, Day has "opened up his character as a war hero" for criticism. Day planted the standard for himself when he said that "Kerry's character is not only fair game, it is the primary issue."

Day's character and the legitimacy of his Medal of Honor "is not only fair game, it is the primary issue."

Military regulation requires that before the award of a Medal of Honor can be considered, unquestionable proof in the form of eyewitnesses must be provided.

Day had no witnesses because he was alone. Why was the "eye witnesses" requirement waived for Day?

Who approved Day for the Medal of Honor and did McCain or his admiral father have anything to do with it?

John McCain and Bud Day have formed a political tag team to deflect inquiries about McCain's questionable conduct while in captivity. They have cynically used the Medal of Honor as a shield - but in the process they have stained it.

  2. yeah, kinda, sorta.  mcShame has a need to prove that he really is the hero he's been telling everyone he is for so long.  he wants war.

  3. As is the tendency of most Americans, we like to imagine ourselves as characters of a best-selling action-novel. Sometimes you have to ask yourself though, could one man single-handily plunge us into World War III? It has happened before in our history, but could that truly happen in the 21st century? I find it hard to believe our country would let any one person lead them into an irreversible war. John McCain is an experienced politician and I severely doubt he'd lead this country into a war unless he had a justifiable reason. Nor would Congress consent to any costly war without due reason. The Arizona Senator has also been compared President Bush on too numerous occasions--Barack Obama has had much to do with these accusations. To clarify, McCain is much more liberal than Bush; this should assuage some Democrats who believe only liberals are capable of making the right decisions. As for the Iraqi War, that is a different subject. Whether you believe it to be justified or not, we have saved millions of Iraqis from the oppression of Sadaam Hussein. If we suddenly end this war, we would be risking a trillion-dollar investment the American people have made in the Iraqis. We have invested are money to give them peace-at-home. If we leave now, another Hussein could destroy everything our soldiers have fought for, everything our tax-payers have sacrificed for, and everything our politicians have debated over. If McCain does become president, imagine it as the Iraqis, or any other oppressed populace for that matter, going from the frying pan to sofa. Its simply unlikely that we would enter World War III. However it is likely that McCain could do some good in other parts of the world. Are American's really so selfish as to hoard the prosperity? Will our morals allow us plant the seeds of prosperity throughout the world? McCain's viewpoint centers around the idea of destroying evil while Obama's is simply confronting it (as presented at Saddleback). Any war America finds itself in will be, and has always been, to spread democracy and uphold freedom throughout.

  4. You R so right.  Like the men on the TV were saying 6 or 7 months ago ---

" VOTING McCAIN IS LIKE HAVIN' 4 MORE YEARS OF BUSH "

He will have  the good old USA in IRAQ for only 100 years

That's long after he would be receiving his White House pension.

    P.S. -  McCain STAINS THINGS.

  5. And if you think gas is high at $4. It will be 8.  They just thought we were dumb enough and wouldn't say anything.  They are just testing the waters by letting it go down.  They have proven that 95% of America is not in their agenda.  No matter what we say they will do what they want.  When is America going to wake up.

  6. No, McCain is not Bush or we can say Obama is like Rev. Wright.  McCain has been working with Bush for 8 years, but Obama was mentored and counseled by Wright for 20 years.  Which one has more influence over the others life?

Europe has had a love hate relationship with the US since WWII.  But remember that no other country has as high an immigration rate as we do.  If we are so bad then why does everyone want to come here and achieve the American dream.

So, why do you hate McCain.  What policy of his upsets you the most?  Give a reason, not emotion.

  7. Don't be silly. It will be like going out of the frying pan into another frying pan.

  8. Yes, it would;-]

  9. No, your trying to imply that having a similar value is actually something different. Jumping from the frying pan into the fire, implies that you don't like the situation you are in and are willing to accept anything no matter what. Voting for Nobama is actually  the proverbial "jumping from the frying pan into the fire". I'm amazed by the 30 minute solutions people today want from government. Had they only been alive 50 years ago, perhaps they might have had a clue. Had they been born a hundred years ago the would completely understand. WE ARE BEING ATTACKED FROM WITHIN and we don't even know it. Your emotions won't solve all the problems in your world, but your resolve and your willingness to sacrifice will!

  10. If McCain wins, we will become the laughing stocks of the world.  But McCain won't win.

  11. So many people make McCain out to be some cowboy warmonger...just because he is strong on National Security and has a lot of foreign policy experience doesn't  mean he will lead us into WWIII ! I wish you would stop comparing Bush to McCain. There is a lot of daylight between the two. Do some real research..from YouTube or MSNBC..

  12. No.  McCain and Bush are not the same, and would not be the same in office.  As for a "hot head", well, I'd rather have someone with fire who can stand up for what he believes than someone who if-well-um's himself through any question requiring a stance.  World war 3? Surely you don't think it would be decided so easily, and by our own preference?  Replay 9/11 tapes and decide when you would take a stance.

  13. No but expanding socialism during a recession is a death sentence.

  14. Yea.  We'll be fighting fires all over the globe with McCain as prez.  He's a warmonger out for revenge.  Can't you see it in his eyes, they light up when he starts with his war talk.

  15. Yup, Bush brought America to its knees. McCain intends to provide the fatal blow.

  16. Whether the past 8 have been bad is debatable; however, the past 8 have been a helluva lot better than the previous 8.

    Vote McCain 08
