as soon as you give gas, slowly release the clutch until you feel the acceleration. Balance gas and clutch until you get the feel of it.

As soon as you get the car in the gear you want let the clutch out. Only put your foot on the clutch when your changing gears, keeping your foot on it can burn your clutch. Just like riding your brake pedal. Hope this helps.
