After cleaning computer, its acting weird now..Help?

Question

Brought some cleaning material program on a USB to my friends, and a registry repair, got the viruses off, then went to restart in normal mode(not safe mode)

and now MP3s wont play, and when i try to open a program it says "OPEN with..." it wont open anything, i noticed Run32.dll is missing, could this be the root of all problems?

It deleted the program that was used to open up the MP3's. Download GOM player or VLC player or Windows Media Player 11 and just install it, it will work right after.
