After defragmentation my disk's free space reduced from 22GB to 0.0005bits?

This is not a true reading, your computer wouldn't even boot with so little free space.

What defrag tool did you use and where did you get the reading from?

I would also suggest that you carry out a spyware scan:

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:

Download, install, update and select Full Scan.

Remove all infections that it finds after scan.

Spybot S&D:

Download, install, update and Immunize, turn off Tea Timer then click 'Check for problems' then when complete select all and then 'Fix Checked'

Also use RevoUninstaller to remove any unwanted applications, including old Java, keeping only the latest version.

It's faster and better than add / remove applet.

When you run it highlight the item then select uninstall in next window select Advanced and click Next, follow prompts when uninstalled it will scan registry and drive for leftover files / folders, tick ONLY the bold items and follow prompts.

This can't be possible if you had only 0.0.0005bits your computer would not be operating and know way would defraging your hard drive take you from 22GB to only 0.0.0005 bits you must be reading it wrong or their is some kind of error that's in play here.

Your # or not possible, because if you only 0.0005bigs your PC with not even reboot.  You need to go back and recheck your numbers.

Open my computer on your monitor and open local disk C and open properites in the file and you will see the size of your disk and how much space you have left.

If your disk only had .0005 bits on it, your computer probably wouldn't even turn on.
