i'll just try and feel how hot it is and stick my tongue out, and say "wow that's hot".. then, I"ll have to drink something haha. But I love just "feeling" the sensation of my tongue in total pain.

  1. haha i'm such a baby about it, everyone makes fun of me! i can't just sit there & deal with it, i usually run around like a chicken with its head cut off & search frantically for milk or yogurt or something like that...needless to say i try to avoid spicy foods... ;-)

  2. They say milk is the best thing after hot food.

  3. I just ride it out. Drinking something is usually a bad idea. It's better to eat some bread or rice.

But I'm obviously a lot kewler than you lol

  5. I start to cry and then I calm my taste buds with my tears.

      cucumber will cool it down

  7. I have to agree with you... I love the burning sensation too. Most of the times if I'm out in a restaurant, I just deal with it and drink more. However, if I'm at home, I either drink some milk or eat some bread. These both reduce the heat somewhat, but milk is the best at reducing heat

  8. I drink tons of water.

  10. I love the feeling too! And I'm a fool cuz I keep going until I am cherry red in the face! At that point, I chug some cold water. It feels goood! My boyfriend will drink milk after eating something really spicy but I prefer the water.

  11. I know some people drink milk.but if you love the feeling , then you don't need to do anything but enjoy

  12. I always drink or eat something sweet when eating spicy foods. Sweets can reduce hotness.
