guys i captured video from my handicam and i cannot import that movie in after effect software ........which video format should i use ?????help me please !!!!

  1. I presume you mean Adobe After Effect?? Anyway, how are you importing the video?? If you are using a USB connection ... IT WILL NOT WORK!! In order to import you need a firewire connection. For anyone to be of further assistance, you need to post the make & model of your camcorder and the make & model of your PC and operating system you are using.
