Being of Irish influence, I would say "Ireland" is the no #1 worst food, they destroy food ! I had to get a job in an Italian restaurant as a kid just to eat, I got friendly with the chef, he taught me a lot, and showed me the proper way to prepare food, I actually saw him about a year ago, I had NOT seen him in 25 years, I said "Mario, IT'S Meee, ya little Irish helper" he laughed as I said "No butter on the garlic bread, just olive oil, Garlic, and oregano", He laughed so loudly, and said "YOU REMEMBERED" !

i happen to think england has some pretty d**n good places to eat, but i cant say id ever like to eat in india or other such countries

It really depends on your criteria.  If you are talking about prices, then it's possible that England IS the worst country in the world for eating (though Japan and Russia's capitals could easily compete with it).  If you are talking about quality, England has lots of great places to eat.  I even like traditional English food -- it's simple, but yummy.
