After entering ID & password and pressing "sign in" my cellphone displays a message "redirecting..."

Question

When I press ok it gives another screen saying "Redirecting". Upon pressing OK again it goes back to the original screen requesting ID and password. What's up

it is  possible that  you are not entering the correct password- and it cannot find your information OR you are in an area that the signal is not strong enough

Are you using "Mobile Web" or Wireless Connection from Network.
