After firmware update - unit fails

Question

I have just updated the firmware on my ORC-200M and now the unit will not turn on. No lights, no sound --- Nothin'. What's up with that?? I tried to repeat the steps in the instructions exactly. I got all of the proper responses to the command actions but when I was done the player was not working at all.
