After /flush dns in cmd i cannot port forward?

my internet was crazy so i flushed it , and i registered it back . and now i cannot port forward , i forwarded port and in utorrent it says listen error . you should change the listening port . someone help please? yes i was stupid to try /flush dns

Flushing the DNS doesnt have ANYTHING to do with port fowarding. If you have a router, remove or delete any port fowardings you have for utorrent. Utorrent uses NAT to direct traffic and doesnt need any port fowarding to run correctly.

If you can't do it via your router directly, get a 3rd party application to do it.
