After formatting my PC the mouse Right Buttom is not working?

You might be having a software for your mouse, like logitech or something . Install it

it is the mouse. try another mouse.

Give the restart command and while restarting the sys unplug the mouse. Once it comes up, then restart the sys by the power key as the mouse will not be there or try to use the windows button on the keyboard and restart it again and plug in the mouse while its shutting down for the restart ... mouse should hopefully work then. otherwiste try the same mouse in the other sys or try the other mouse in your sys if that works then the mouse is at a toss, get it replaced.
